Delivery Policy
Online:
What happens after you press the accept button and buy your on-line policy? Your policy is delivered instantly to your computer, you are given a policy number and you simply print two copies, attach one to your travel documents and file the other one away.
Over the phone:
If you are not buying an online policy and use MyConsultant, then policies are emailed, faxed or posted directly to you at no extra charge (no post office boxes).
Returns Policy
Guarantee
If or any reason you are dissatisfied with your policy or are unable to
travel, it is fully refundable under the guidelines of the cooling off
period. Usually 14 days, however please check your PDS (product
disclosure statement). A full refund is offered provided that your
trip has not commenced and that no claim has arisen.
Privacy Policy
All Planet Travel Insurance Ltd adheres to the Australian Federal
Privacy Act 1988 and the Guidelines for Federal and ACT Websites (www.privacy.gov.au/internet/web ) as published in March 2003.
We take the act seriously and assure our customers of complete privacy.
Our customers' email addresses are used for general sales
correspondence and periodical newsletters at their request and can be
unsubscribed from at anytime. No information is ever shared with a
third party.
Credit card payments are secured by BankSa and are further secured by
our encrypted Customer Relationship Management system that customers
can access and change at anytime via their log-in codes.
